Dr. Rishi Gulati is a board-certified internal medicine physician and current critical care medicine fellow. He provides private advisory guidance for patients and families navigating ICU recovery, complex hospitalization, discharge planning, skilled nursing, rehab transitions, and goals-of-care decisions.

The service is designed for the moments when the medical picture is complicated and the next decision matters. Dr. Gulati helps translate the hospital course, review records you provide, clarify priorities, and prepare better questions for the treating team.

Dr. Gulati currently holds Pennsylvania and New Jersey medical licenses. He is expected to be board eligible in critical care medicine in June 2027.
